Message frequency varies based on your reservations and service usage. Customers can typically expect 2–6 messages per booking (confirmation, driver assignment, arrival, and receipt).

3. Cost & Carriers
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, reply “STOP” to any message. You will no longer receive SMS communications, except those legally required.
